Roni, bodywork practitioner
About the practice

Hi, I'm Roni.

My work mainly draws from Thai Medicine, Yoga and Ayurveda, shaped just as much by years of private practice and exploration.

I offer hands-on bodywork, breathwork and personalized self-care sessions, individually tailored, informed by tradition, tested in practice.

If you're looking to feel better in your body, not just for a session, but in daily life, you're in the right place.

My approach is straightforward: listen deeply, stay curious, trust what emerges & play along.

Current Offerings

My Background

I'm a fairly chaotic and deeply skeptical person who is fascinated by the eastern traditions. Over the past eight years I've studied with teachers across Israel, Thailand, Nepal and India, and spent much more time alone with these practices, trying to figure out what's actually real in them.

I'm interested in grounded practices, yet with just enough mysticism to keep them alive for me. I'm also impatient with things that don't work for me, which has been a blessing and a curse. If a method doesn't shift my current state, shapes my character or do something real in my actual life, I tend to let it go as soon as I picked it up.

That approach has led me down plenty of dead-ends and unfinished exploration… but it's also been the very thing that's kept me obsessively committed to finding what actually works.

Exploration of the body naturally led me to study the art of touch as a language in and of itself. Through massage, I find a direct, tangible way to engage with the fascinating dialogue of movement, breath, sensation, thoughts and emotions.

My studies span both in-person training and sustained self-study across several traditions:

  • Classical Hatha Yoga
  • Northern-Style Thai Massage
  • Zen-Shiatsu
  • Ampuku (Japanese Abdominal Massage)
  • Medical Qi-Gong & Nei-Gong
  • Shaking Medicine
  • Ayurvedic Marma Therapy
